Applicable Law

The use of this Site is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States of America, and by using this Site, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Utah.

No Refunds; No Money-Back Guarantee

We do not offer refunds. However, if you pay for a service but you are unable to use that service, we will apply the money you have paid toward a new service that is available as long as the client uses their service within one year of their Scope of Work Agreement date.

You have one calendar year from the date on your Scope of Work Agreement to complete your content. Any content that is not completed as a result of the client not providing information, podcast audio, book content, transcripts, not scheduling a consultation call, will be forfeited and the client will need to pay for new services after one calendar year.

No Guarantees

Our goal is to provide you with quality content writing for your business. We believe that Write For You | DBA Travel Gluten Free, LLC gives clients the services, products and content requested at the time of client intake and will perform the work noted on our Scope of Work Agreement to the best of our ability.

However, we do not - and cannot - warrant or guarantee more traffic to the website or even improved business or more clients. Consequently, although we have made every reasonable effort to develop and provide effective content for your business, we make no guarantees of any kind, including any guarantee that a user of our services will have any determined amount of business growth as a result of using Write For You.

THERE IS NO WARRANTY THAT THE CONTENT, SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED BY OR THE MATERIALS OFFERED ON THIS SITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. WITH RESPECT TO THIS SITE AND THE SERVICES OFFERED ON THIS SITE, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF

Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, in no event will we be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Owner, its officers, directors, owners, predecessors, successors in interest, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against us due to or arising out of or in connection with your or your child’s use of the Write For You | DBA Travel Gluten Free, LLC Program or this Site.

If, notwithstanding the other provisions of these terms and conditions, we are found to be liable to you or your child for any damage or loss which arises out of or is in any way connected with your or your child’s use of the Write For You | DBA Travel Gluten Free, LLC Program or this Site, our liability shall in no event exceed the greater of (1) the total of any fees you have paid to us in the six months before the date of the initial claim made against us, or (2) US $100.00. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.

Prices

Price information is subject to change without notice. Prices quoted on Scope of Work agreements are valid for 30 calendar days from the date on your agreement.

Viruses

This Site may contain links to websites of third parties. We do not represent or warrant that any files obtained from or through this Site or a linked site are free from computer viruses or other defects. We accept no liability for the presence of computer viruses or other defects.

Reasonableness

By using this Site, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in the above terms and conditions and disclaimers are reasonable. If you do not think they are reasonable, you must not use this Site.

Unenforceable provisions

If any provision of these terms and conditions is, or is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that will not affect the enforceability of the other provisions of the remaining terms and conditions.

We will not accept any counter-offers to these terms and conditions, and all such offers are hereby categorically rejected. Our failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or any right we have to enforce these terms and conditions, nor shall any course of conduct between us and you or any other party be deemed to modify any provision of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions shall not be interpreted or construed to confer any rights or remedies on any third parties.

This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the use of this Site.
